- A possessor of real property (excluding any fixtures on land that are not registrable; hereinafter the same shall apply in this paragraph) whose title to possession may not be duly asserted against the obligee effecting a seizure, the obligee effecting a provisional seizure or the person whose right shall be extinguished pursuant to the provisions of Article 59(1) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 188 [including the cases that are to be governed by such rules pursuant to the provisions of Article 195]) has, without justifiable grounds, refused or obstructed entry to real property under the provisions of Article 64-2(5) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 188 [including the cases that are to be governed by such rules pursuant to the provisions of Article 195]), he/she shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred thousand yen.
