- 隠元隆琦(いんげん りゅうき、特諡として大光普照国師、仏慈広鑑国師、径山首出国師、覚性円明国師、勅賜として真空大師、華光大師、万暦20年・文禄元年11月4日 (旧暦)(1592年12月7日) - 寛文13年4月3日 (旧暦)(1673年5月19日))は、中国明末清初の禅宗の僧で、福建省福州福清の生まれで俗姓は林である。
- INGEN Ryuki (December 7, 1592 – May 19, 1673) was a Chinese Zen Buddhist priest in the periods of the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty, who was born in Fuqing, Fuzhou of Fujian Province, China; his secular family name was Hayashi (林), and his imperially bestowed titles in Japan were Shinku daishi (daishi: a great teacher monk) and Kako daishi; and he was given special posthumous Buddhist names, Daiko-fusho kokushi (kokushi: a posthumous Buddhist title given by the Emperor), Butsuji-kokan kokushi, Kinzan-shushutsu kokushi, and Kakusho-enmyo kokushi.
- 一方、山科小野の地に曼荼羅寺を建立して密教修行の活動拠点を築いた東密小野流の開祖/仁海、御室仁和寺で宇多天皇に灌頂を授けた益信の後進にして、広沢池ほとりに遍照寺を建立した東密広沢流の開祖/寛朝らが事相面の法孫として対照されるが、広沢流/益信とともに、後世野沢三十六流と呼ばれる真言事作法分流における重要な基点を創った法匠として捉える。
- Ningai, the founder of the Ono School of Tomitsu (Shingon Sect's esoteric teaching), established Mandala-ji Temple at Ono, Yamashina and founded the base for Esoteric Buddhism's practice, and Kancho, younger than Yakushin, who received the kanjo (a ceremony to be the successor) from Emperor Uda at Omuro-Ninna-ji Temple, founded the Hirosawa School of Tomitsu and established Hensho-ji Temple along the shores of Hirosawa-no-ike Pond, and others are thought to have been successors in practical training and contrasted with Shobo, however, it should be interpreted that Shobo as well as the Hirosawa School of Yakushin made important foundations in Shingon-ji Saho Bunryu (branch schools in manners of Shingon Sect), which was later called Yataku Sanjuroku-ryu (thirty-six schools of yataku (Ono School and Hirosawa School)).
- この法律において「児童ポルノ」とは、写真、電磁的記録(電子的方式、磁気的方式その他人の知覚によっては認識することができない方式で作られる記録であって、電子計算機による情報処理の用に供されるものをいう。以下同じ。)に係る記録媒体その他の物であって、次の各号のいずれかに掲げる児童の姿態を視覚により認識することができる方法により描写したものをいう。
- The term 'child pornography' as used in this Act shall mean photographs, recording media containing electromagnetic records (any record which is produced by electronic, magnetic or any other means unrecognizable by natural perceptive functions and is used for data-processing by a computer; the same shall apply hereinafter) or any other medium which depicts the pose of a child, which falls under any of the following items, in a visible way:

- Originally, Buddhism had no reason to be controlled by the government, but because not only those that seek the truth, but also those who envy the elegance and gracefulness of a priest's life, and those that wished to escape from labor by entering the priesthood, increased so much, it became impossible for Buddhist precepts alone to restrain evil customs, and government thus started to take control by the establishment of priest officials and registration of priests and priestess.
- 願書の記載(第六条第一項第一号及び第二号に掲げる事項並びに同条第二項の規定により記載した事項を除く。第十七条の二第一項及び第二十四条第一項において同じ。)又は願書に添付した図面、写真、ひな形若しくは見本についてした補正がこれらの要旨を変更するものと意匠権の設定の登録があつた後に認められたときは、その意匠登録出願は、その補正について手続補正書を提出した時にしたものとみなす。
- Where, after the registration establishing a design right, it is found that an amendment made to any statement in the application (excluding the statements listed in items (i) and (ii) of Article 6(1) and the statement made under Article 6(2), the same shall apply to Article 17-2(1) and Article 24(1).) or to the drawing, photograph model or specimen attached to the application has changed the gist thereof, the application for design registration shall be deemed to have been filed at the time of submission of the written amendment of proceedings therefor.

- No person may presume, from the fact that a notification made under Article 4(1) or (2) for Public Offering or Secondary Distribution of Securities was made and has come into effect or from the fact that an order for suspension given under Article 10(1) or Article 11(1) was canceled, that the Prime Minister finds that any and every statement contained in the Securities Registration Statement submitted for the notification is true and accurate and the Securities Registration Statement does not lack any statement on any important matters, or that the Prime Minister guarantees or approves the value of the Securities.
- やがて応仁の乱(1467年-1477年)が起こり、当時越前国にあった本願寺の根拠吉崎御坊の北、加賀国で東軍・西軍に分かれての内乱が生じると、専修寺派の門徒が西軍に与した富樫幸千代に味方したのに対し、本願寺派の門徒は越前の大名朝倉孝景 (7代当主)の仲介で、文明6年(1474年)、加賀を追い出された前守護で幸千代の兄である東軍の富樫政親に味方して幸千代を追い出した(つまり、加賀の一向一揆は、最初は真宗内の勢力争いでもあった)。
- Later, when the Onin War (1467-1477) broke out and an internal conflict occurred between East and West squads in Kaga Province, north of Yoshizaki Gobo, as the base of Hongan-ji Temple at that time in Echizen Province, the Monto of Senshu-ji School took the side of Kochiyo TOGASHI who took part in the West squad, while the Monto of Honganji School, through the assistance of Takakage ASAKURA, the Daimyo of Echizen (the 7th chief), took the side of Masachika TOGASHI, Kochiyo's brother and a former Shugo deported from Kaga, who belonged to East squad, and deported Kochiyo in 1474. (In other words, Ikko-Ikki in Kaga was started as a power struggle inside Shinshu)
- 法第六十一条の二第一項の規定により難民の認定を申請しようとする外国人は、別記第七十四号様式による申請書及び難民に該当することを証する資料各一通並びに写真二葉(法第六十一条の二の二第一項に規定する在留資格未取得外国人については、三葉)を地方入国管理局に出頭して提出しなければならない。ただし、無筆、身体の故障その他申請書を作成することができない特別の事情がある者にあつては、申請書の提出に代えて申請書に記載すべき事項を陳述することができる。
- Any foreign national who seeks to apply for recognition of refugee status pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act shall appear at a regional immigration bureau and submit a written application pursuant to Appended Form 74, a copy of each of the materials proving that he/she qualifies for refugee status, and two photographs (three photographs with respect to a foreign national without a status of residence prescribed in Article 61-2-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act); provided, however, that a foreign national who is unable to prepare a written application due to illiteracy, physical disorder, or any other special circumstances may state the matters to be entered in the written application in lieu of submitting it.
- 法第百六十条(口頭弁論調書)及び第六十六条から前条まで(口頭弁論調書の形式的記載事項、口頭弁論調書の実質的記載事項、調書の記載に代わる録音テープ等への記録、書面等の引用添付、陳述の速記、速記録の作成、速記録の引用添付、速記原本の引用添付、速記原本の反訳等、速記原本の訳読、口頭弁論における陳述の録音及び法廷における写真の撮影等の制限)の規定は、裁判所の審尋及び口頭弁論の期日外に行う証拠調べ並びに受命裁判官又は受託裁判官が行う手続について準用する。
- The provision of Article 160 (Record of Oral Argument) of the Code and the provisions of Article 66 to the preceding Article (Formal Matters to be Stated in Record of Oral Argument; Substantial Matters to be Stated in Record of Oral Argument; Recording onto Audio Tape, etc. in Lieu of Statement in Record of Oral Argument; Citation and Attachment of Document, etc.; Stenography of Statements; Preparation of Stenographic Record; Citation and Attachment of Stenographic Record; Citation and Attachment of Stenographic Notes; Transcription of Stenographic Notes, etc.; Oral Translation of Stenographic Notes; Recording of Statements in Oral Argument; Restriction on Taking of Photographs, etc. in Court) shall apply mutatis mutandis to an interrogation by the court, an examination of evidence conducted outside the date for oral argument, and proceedings conducted by an authorized judge or a commissioned judge.
- 登記官は、申請人が前条に規定する申請をする場合において、同条ただし書の規定により登記識別情報を提供することができないときは、法務省令で定める方法により、同条に規定する登記義務者に対し、当該申請があった旨及び当該申請の内容が真実であると思料するときは法務省令で定める期間内に法務省令で定めるところによりその旨の申出をすべき旨を通知しなければならない。この場合において、登記官は、当該期間内にあっては、当該申出がない限り、当該申請に係る登記をすることができない。
- Where an applicant files an application prescribed in the preceding Article, and if he/she is unable to provide information for registration identification pursuant to the provision of the proviso to said Article, the registrar shall, by a method specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, give notice to the person obliged to register as prescribed in said Article to the effect that the application has been filed and that if the person considers the content of the application to be true, he/she should make a notification to that effect by a method specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice within a period specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice. In this case, within said period, the registrar may not make a registration for which the application has been filed, unless such notification is made.
- この法律において「入漁権」とは、設定行為に基づき、他人の共同漁業権又 はひび建養殖業、藻類養殖業、垂下式養殖業(縄、鉄線その他これらに類するものを用いて垂下して行う水産動物の養殖業をいい、真珠養殖業を除く。)、小割 り式養殖業(網いけすその他のいけすを使用して行う水産動物の養殖業をいう。)若しくは第三種区画漁業たる貝類養殖業を内容とする区画漁業権(以下「特定 区画漁業権」という。)に属する漁場においてその漁業権の内容たる漁業の全部又は一部を営む権利をいう。
- In this Act, 'a piscary' refers to the right of operating the whole or a part of the fishery covered by another person's common fishery right or by the demarcated fishery right for a bamboo-installed aquaculture business, algae aquaculture business, suspension-type aquaculture business (which refers to a business of suspending aquatic animals, operated with ropes, steel wires, or the like kept hanging; excluding the pearl aquaculture business), fish pen aquaculture business (which refers to a business of culturing aquatic animals using net creels or other creels), or shellfish aquaculture business as a class 3 demarcated fishery (hereinafter referred to as 'the specific demarcated fishery right'), in the fishing ground pertaining to the fishery right, based on the act of establishment.
- 一般に真言密教においては、金胎両部の曼荼羅を通じて、密教宇宙の理と智に係わるそれぞれの所謂『大(法身大日)・三(意密)・法(口密)・羯(身密)』パノラマで、或いは六大(体)・四曼(相)・三密(用)などの多元的な視点と、重重帝網(無碍)という統合的視点から大日如来の教えを展開/把握することが知られるが(即身成仏義)、聖宝においてはこの時代において理と智を一元論的な手法をオモテにして示していることは、修験道という日本的アニミスティック神霊信仰の点から注目される。
- Generally speaking, it is known that the preaching of Dainichi Nyorai should be developed and grasped through both the vajra (the Diamond Realm) and garbha (the Womb Realm) mandalas, whether in so-called 'dai (Great Mandala) (hoshin (Buddhism's highest form of existence) Dainichi), san (sanmaya mandala) (imitsu (mystery of mind)), ho (Buddhist Law Mandala) (kumitsu (esoteric speech)), katsu (katsuma mandala (action mandala)) (shinmitsu (bodily mystery))' panorama, which are related with Ri and Chi of Esoteric Buddhism world, or in both a pluralistic perspective including rokudai (six great elements; that is Dainichi Nyorai) (tai (body)), shiman (four mandala) (so (match)), sanmitsu (three mysteries) (yu (function)), and a general perspective of Juju taimo (unobstructed) (Sokushin Jobutsu gi), but in the viewpoint of mountaineering asceticism, the Japanese animistic belief in holy spirit, it should be noted that Shobo, at this time, exhibited the Ri and the Chi in a monastic way.
- 前項の申請をしようとする外国人は、入国審査官に対し、申請者の個人の識別のために用いられる法務省令で定める電子計算機の用に供するため、法務省令で定めるところにより、電磁的方式(電子的方式、磁気的方式その他人の知覚によつては認識することができない方式をいう。以下同じ。)によつて個人識別情報(指紋、写真その他の個人を識別することができる情報として法務省令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。)を提供しなければならない。ただし、次の各号のいずれかに該当する者については、この限りでない。
- A foreign national who seeks to apply for landing as set forth in the preceding paragraph shall provide an immigration inspector with personal identification information (fingerprints, photographs or other information as provided for by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice that serves to identify the individual; the same shall apply hereinafter) in an electromagnetic form (an electronic form, a magnetic form or any other form that cannot be recognized by human perception; the same shall apply hereinafter) for use by a computer as provided for by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice which is utilized for personal identification of the applicant, pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice. However, this shall not apply to a person who falls under any of the following items:
- 外国人は、紛失、盗難又は滅失により登録証明書を失つた場合には、その事実を知つたときから十四日以内に、その居住地の市町村の長に対し、次に掲げる書類及び写真を提出して、登録証明書の再交付を申請しなければならない。入管法第二十六条の規定による再入国の許可を受けて出国した者が再入国をし、又は入管法第六十一条の二の十二の規定による難民旅行証明書の交付を受けて出国した者が当該難民旅行証明書により入国した際、紛失、盗難又は滅失以外の事由により登録証明書を所持していない場合においても、同様とする。
- In cases where the alien has lost his/her registration certificate due to loss, theft, robbery or destruction, he/she shall apply for reissuance of the registration certificate, submitting the documents and photographs specified in the following items to the mayor or head of the city, town or village where he/she resides within 14 days of the day upon which he/she became aware of such fact. The same shall apply to cases where an alien who departed from Japan with the re-entry permission under Article 26 of the Immigration Control Act re-entered Japan or an alien who departed from Japan with the refugee travel document under Article 61-2-12 of the Immigration Control Act entered Japan with the refugee travel document concerned without possessing his/her registration certificate for reasons other than loss, theft, robbery or destruction:
- 外国人は、第八条第一項若しくは第二項、第九条第一項若しくは第二項、第九条の二第一項又は第九条の三第一項の変更の登録の申請を行う場合において、その所持する登録証明書の第八条第三項、第九条第三項、第九条の二第二項又は第九条の三第二項に規定する記載を行う欄の全部に記載がされているとき、又は当該変更の登録が第四条第一項第三号若しくは第六号に掲げる事項に係るときは、その所持する登録証明書を返納するとともに、次に掲げる書類及び写真を提出し、登録証明書の引替交付の申請を併せてしなければならない。
- When the alien requests a registration of change in the previously registered matters under Article 8, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 9, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 9-2, paragraph (1), or Article 9-3, paragraph (1), and there is no remaining space on the registration certificate possessed by the alien concerned to register the changes in accordance with Article 8, paragraph (3), Article 9, paragraph (3), Article 9-2, paragraph (2), or Article 9-3, paragraph (2), or when the registration of change concerns any item provided in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iii) or (vi) he/she shall apply for issuance of a new registration certificate in exchange for the previously issued one, submitting the following documents and photographs:
- 磁気的方法又は光学的方法によりプログラム(電子計算機に対する指令であって、一の 結果を得ることができるように組み合わされたものをいう。以下同じ。)を記録した物を販売する場合、又は電子計算機を使用する方法により映画、演劇、音 楽、スポーツ、写真若しくは絵画、彫刻その他の美術工芸品を鑑賞させ、若しくは観覧させる役務を提供する場合、若しくはプログラムを電子計算機に備えられ たファイルに記録し、若しくは記録させる役務を提供する場合には、当該商品又は役務を利用するために必要な電子計算機の仕様及び性能その他の必要な条件
- when selling matters in which programs (computer commands that are combined in such a way to obtain a single result; hereinafter the same shall apply) are recorded by magnetic or optical means, or offering services to have people view or listen to movies, dramas, musical performances, sports, photographs, or paintings, sculptures or other art and craft works by means of using a computer, or offering services to record or have people record programs into computer files, the computer specifications, performance, and other conditions necessary for using said goods or services;
- 市町村の長は、外国人から第十条第一項の変更の登録によりその記載が事実に合わなくなつた登録証明書の提出があつた場合において、当該登録証明書の同条第二項に規定する記載を行う欄の全部に記載がされているとき、又は第十条の二第一項の規定による登録原票の記載の訂正を行つた場合において、当該訂正に係る外国人の所持する登録証明書の同条第三項に規定する記載を行う欄の全部に記載がされているとき、若しくは当該訂正が第四条第一項第三号、第四号、第五号若しくは第六号に掲げる事項に係るときは、当該外国人に対し、その所持する登録証明書を返納するとともに、前項各号に掲げる書類及び写真を提出し、登録証明書の引替交付の申請をすべきことを命ずるものとする。
- The mayor of the city or the head of the town or village shall, in cases where the alien submits a registration certificate whose entries do not correspond to the facts because of the registration of change under Article 10, paragraph (1) and where there is no remaining space on the registration certificate concerned to register the changes in accordance with Article 10, paragraph (2), or in cases where he/she has corrected the entries in the registration card in accordance with Article 10-2, paragraph (1) and where there is no remaining space on the registration certificate possessed by the alien concerned to register the corrections in accordance with Article 10-2, paragraph (3), or where such correction concerns any item provided in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iii),(iv),(v) or (vi) order the alien concerned to apply for issuance of a new registration certificate in exchange for the previously issued one, submitting the documents and photographs provided in the preceding paragraph.
- 意匠登録出願に係る意匠が、当該意匠登録出願の日前の他の意匠登録出願であつて当該意匠登録出願後に第二十条第三項又は第六十六条第三項の規定により意匠公報に掲載されたもの(以下この条において「先の意匠登録出願」という。)の願書の記載及び願書に添付した図面、写真、ひな形又は見本に現された意匠の一部と同一又は類似であるときは、その意匠については、前条第一項の規定にかかわらず、意匠登録を受けることができない。ただし、当該意匠登録出願の出願人と先の意匠登録出願の出願人とが同一の者であつて、第二十条第三項の規定により先の意匠登録出願が掲載された意匠公報(同条第四項の規定により同条第三項第四号に掲げる事項が掲載されたものを除く。)の発行の日前に当該意匠登録出願があつたときは、この限りではない。
- Where a design in an application for design registration is identical with or similar to part of a design described in the statement in the application and drawing, photograph, model or specimen attached to the application of another application for design registration which has been filed prior to the date of filing of the said application and published after the filing of the said application in the design bulletin under Article 20(3) or Article 66(3) (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the 'earlier application'), a design registration shall not be granted for such a design, notwithstanding paragraph (1) of the preceding Article; provided, however, that this shall not apply where the applicant of the said application and the applicant of the earlier application are the same person and the said application was filed before the date when the design bulletin in which the earlier application was published under Article 20(3) (except for a design bulletin in which the matters listed in Article 20(3)(iv) were published under Article 20(4)) was issued.
- 本邦に在留する外国人は、本邦に入つたとき(入管法第二十六条の規定による再入国の許可を受けて出国した者が再入国したとき及び入管法第六十一条の二の十二の規定による難民旅行証明書の交付を受けて出国した者が当該難民旅行証明書により入国したときを除く。)はその上陸の日から九十日以内に、本邦において外国人となつたとき又は出生その他の事由により入管法第三章に規定する上陸の手続を経ることなく本邦に在留することとなつたときはそれぞれその外国人となつた日又は出生その他当該事由が生じた日から六十日以内に、その居住地の市町村(東京都の特別区の存する区域及び地方自治法(昭和二十二年法律第六十七号)第二百五十二条の十九第一項の指定都市にあつては区。以下同じ。)の長に対し、次に掲げる書類及び写真を提出し、登録の申請をしなければならない。
- All aliens in Japan shall apply for registration with the mayor or head of the city, town or village (in the case of Tokyo, which is divided into special wards or in the case of the cities designated in Article 252-19, paragraph (1) of the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 67 of 1947), ward; hereinafter the same) in which his/her residence is located, submitting the documents and photographs specified in the following items, within 90 days of the day of landing in cases where the alien has entered Japan (except for cases where an alien who departed from Japan with re-entry permission under Article 26 of the Immigration Control Act re-enters Japan and cases where an alien who departed from Japan with refugee travel documentation under Article 61-2-12 of the Immigration Control Act enters Japan possessing the subject refugee travel document) or within 60 days of the day of his/her becoming an alien or the day of his/her birth or the occurrence of other relevant causes in cases where he/she becomes an alien while in Japan or when he/she comes to stay in Japan without following the procedure for landing provided for in Chapter III of the Immigration Control Act due to birth or other causes:
- また、真言には、大咒 (たいしゅ)、火界咒 (かかいしゅ)と呼ばれる「ノウマク サラバタタギャテイビャク サラバボッケイビャク サラバタタラタ センダマカロシャダ ケンギャキギャキ サラバビギナン ウンタラタ カンマン」(namaH sarvatathaagatebhyaH sarvamukhebhyaH, sarvathaa traT caNDamahaaroSaNa khaM khaahi khaahi sarvavighanaM huuM traT haaM maaM)、 中咒 (ちゅうしゅ)、慈救咒 (じくしゅ)と呼ばれる「ノウマク サンマンダ バサラダン センダンマカロシャダヤ ソハタヤ ウンタラタ カンマン」 (namaH samanta vajraaNaaM, caNDamahaaroSaNa sphoTaya huuM traT haaM maaM)も知られる。
- Additionally, the Mantra 'Noumaku Sarabatatagyateibyaku Sarababokkeibyaku Sarabatatarata Sendamakaroshada Kengyakigyaki Sarababiginan Untarata Kanman (namaH sarvatathaagatebhyaH sarvamukhebhyaH, sarvathaa traT caNDamahaaroSaNa khaM khaahi khaahi sarvavighanaM huuM traT haaM maaM),' which is called Taichu (大咒) or Kakaishu (火界咒), and 'Noumaku Sanmanda Basaradan Sendanmakaroshadaya Sohatara Untarata Kanman (namaH samanta vajraaNaaM, caNDamahaaroSaNa sphoTaya huuM traT haaM maaM),' which is called Chushu (中咒) or Jiku-shu (慈救咒), are known.
- 外国人は、第四条第一項の登録を受けた日(第六条第三項、第六条の二第四項若しくは第七条第三項の確認又はこの項若しくは次項の申請に基づく確認(第三項において「登録後の確認」という。)を受けた場合には、最後に確認を受けた日。この項において「登録等を受けた日」という。)の後の当該外国人の五回目(登録等を受けた日に当該外国人が永住者又は特別永住者であるときは、七回目)の誕生日(当該外国人の誕生日が二月二十九日であるときは、当該外国人の誕生日は二月二十八日であるものとみなす。)から三十日以内に、その居住地の市町村の長に対し、次に掲げる書類及び写真を提出して、登録原票の記載が事実に合つているかどうかの確認を申請しなければならない。ただし、第三条第一項の申請をした日(第六条第一項、第六条の二第一項若しくは第二項又は第七条第一項の申請をしたことがある者であるときは、その申請をした日)において十六歳未満であつた者については、この限りでない。
- The alien shall apply to the mayor or the head of the city, town or village where he/she resides, within 30 days of the fifth anniversary (in the case of the alien being a permanent resident or a special permanent resident on the day on which the initial or other registration was made, it shall be the seventh anniversary) of the alien's birthday (where his/her birthday falls on February 29, it shall be deemed as February 28) commencing from the year in which the registration under Article 4, paragraph (1) (in cases where the confirmation was made under Article 6, paragraph (3), Article 6-2, paragraph (4), or Article 7, paragraph (3), based on the application under this paragraph or the next paragraph, (in paragraph (3), this confirmation is referred to as "the latest confirmation") is to mean the day on which the latest confirmation was made.
