- The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries may, when an animal or other item is deemed to be contaminated or to be likely to be contaminated with pathogens of a notifiable infectious disease in the course of inspection in the preceding paragraph, order the owner thereof to isolate or disinfect said animal or item, or have an animal quarantine officer isolate, inject, dip, medicate or disinfect the same, in the manner prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
