- この協定のいずれの締約者も、天災や自然災害、大火、洪水、暴動、反乱、産業紛争、避けられない事故、戦争、通商停止を含む(またこれだけに限られない)外部からの、予測不能で、抵抗できない原因に起因するかぎり、この協定下のいかなる責任の不履行に対して責任を負わない。
- Neither Party to this Agreement shall be liable for failure to fulfill any of its obligations under this Agreement in so far as such failure is due to any external, unforeseeable and irresistible cause, including but not limited to, act of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, riot, insurrection, industrial dispute, inevitable accident, war, embargoes.
