(when Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds it necessary, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the area or period which designated by Minister; hereinafter referred to as "night work") and whose night work frequency and other matters fall under the requirements provided for in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare taken into account the maintenance of workers' health, may submit to the employer a document certifying the results of a medical examination (excluding medical examinations in the proviso of paragraph (5) of the preceding Article), as provided for by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
