- In addition to the cases where weapons are used pursuant to the provision of Article 7 of the Act on Police Official Duties Execution Act as applied mutatis mutandis in the preceding paragraph, if the crew members, etc. of the subject ship do not obey repeated orders to stop given by the commanding officer, etc. under the provision of Article 17, paragraph (2), persistently resists the execution of duty or tries to escape and when there are sufficient grounds to believe that there are no other means to stop the said ship, the said personnel may use their weapons within the limits judged to be reasonably necessary according to the circumstances, following the orders of the Commanding officer, etc.
- 農林水産省令で定める地域から発送された植物で、第八条第一項の規定による検査を的確に実施するためその栽培地において検査を行う必要があるものとして農林水産省令で定めるものについては、前項の規定によるほか、輸出国の政府機関によりその栽培地で行われた検査の結果農林水産省令で定める検疫有害動植物が付着していないことを確かめ、又は信ずる旨を記載した検査証明書又はその写しを添付してあるものでなければ、輸入してはならない。この場合においては、同項ただし書(第一号を除く。)の規定を準用する。
- Plants sent from areas provided for in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, for which it is provided for in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries that they need to be inspected at their place of cultivation for the purpose of properly executing the inspection pursuant to the provision of paragraph 1 of Article 8, shall not be imported except for those to which an inspection certificate, or its copy, issued by a governmental organization of the exporting country is attached, which states to the effect that it is confirmed or believed that a Quarantine Pest provided for in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is not attached to them as a result of the inspection carried out by such organization at their place of cultivation. In this case, the provision of the proviso of said paragraph (excluding item (i)) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
- 機長は、航空機内にある者が、離陸のため当該航空機のすべての乗降口が閉ざされた時から着陸の後降機のためこれらの乗降口のうちいずれかが開かれる時までに、安全阻害行為等をし、又はしようとしていると信ずるに足りる相当な理由があるときは、当該航空機の安全の保持、当該航空機内にあるその者以外の者若しくは財産の保護又は当該航空機内の秩序若しくは規律の維持のために必要な限度で、その者に対し拘束その他安全阻害行為等を抑止するための措置(第五項の規定による命令を除く。)をとり、又はその者を降機させることができる。
- The pilot in command may, from the moment when all external doors of the aircraft are closed for takeoff until the moment when any such door is opened for disembarkation after landing, in the case where he/she has reasonable grounds to believe that a person on board the aircraft has committed or is about to commit any safety impeding act, impose upon such a person restraint or other necessary measures (except the order to be issued pursuant to the provision of paragraph (5)) to deter the act, or disembark the offending person, within the limit necessary for the preservation of safety of the aircraft, protection of any other person or property therein, or maintenance of order or discipline on board.
